DELIVERY TIME

Safe Delivery from our Boutiques to the comfort of your home

HOME SHIPPING

  • Domestic Shipping to Portugal are sent via MRW and will arrive in 1-3 Business Days.

  • International Shipping are sent via FedEx and will arrive in 1-3 Business Days.

  • All our parcels can be tracked.

  • Please note your order will be processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • **Kindly note Pricci is not to be held accountable for delays attributable to carriers, as for example during this covid phase and border restrictions. If you need your item by a certain date, we strongly advise you to place your order in advance to avoid any disappointment due to possible shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding. 
     

WHERE DO WE SHIP

  • We currently deliver globally, but it is the client's responsibility to be familiarized with the import laws of the country and pay import duties. 

  • If ordering from the European Union, no import duties need to be settled. 

  • ** The UK has left the EU. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the new import laws and duties, as the European Union laws no longer apply.  

ORDER TRACKING

  • All orders can be tracked using the tracking number sent on the shipping confirmation email. 

PERSONALIZATION

  • If you have requested to have your order personalized, the delivery time will depend on the amount of engraving requested. On most cases, it will take an average of two days to have your item engraved before it is shipped.

RETURNS

Please carefully read our return policy below. 

RETURNING AN ITEM

  • Items bought online may be returned for exchange,  either in person or shipped back, as long as the merchandise it is in its original, perfect state, within a period of 60 days. The original tag and protective materials must be in place, and the piece must be unworn. 

  • Unfortunately, we regret to inform we are unable to issue refunds. If you are not satisfied with your item, our team will be happy to assist you in finding a new creation for an exchange. 

  • Pieces that have been engraved or modified in anyway as per client's request cannot be returned or exchanged.
