ASKED QUESTIONS

We are happy to address any questions you might have. If the answer for your question is not listed below, please contact us and we will answer as soon as possible. 

  • How will my purchase arrive? Does Pricci offer for gift wrapping?
    Your purchase will arrive in an appropriate box depending of the jewellery piece. We offer gift wrapping at no additional cost.
  • How long does shipping take?
    - Standard Shipping: 3-4 days. - Express Shipping: next day (order must be placed by 10 a.m.). Please be aware that there is a processing time of up to 24 hours. If you have requested engraving or modifications, it will take on average an additional two days for your order to arrive.
  • What is the refund and exchange policy?
    We regret to inform that we are currently unable to issue refunds. Instead, if the client is unsatisfied with the purchase, he or she may exchange it for another item. To do so, the client has to either ship it back ou return it in person at one of our store locations ( the later option is currently only available at Portugal). Please note that the item must be in its original, perfect condition, unworn and its original packaging with protective material and tags attached.
  • Where does Pricci deliver?
    We are happy to inform you that we do ship worldwide. However, please note that it is client's responsability to make themselves aware of import laws on the country that desire to ship to, and to settle any import duties. It is not Pricci's responsability to aid in releasing the merchandise once it has arrived at the destination, nor to settle any fees. Pricci does not take responsability nor will contact the country's authorities to aid in the process. If you are shipping within the European Union, you do not have to pay import taxes. *Please be aware that as of January 2021, the UK will be leaving the European Union as Brexit will officially come into effect. If you are ordering from the UK, make sure to inform yourself with regards to the new trade laws.
  • Can I return a personalized item?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of personalised items which have been modified in anyway. That includes engraving, size adjustments, embossing or any kind of product modification requested by the client.
  • Can I add a note to my purchase?
    Yes, you may. Please send us the note by email and cite your order number.
  • Where can I find a Pricci Store?
    We currently have two stores in Portugal, one in Lisbon and one in Cascais. Our Lisbon store is still under construction and we will announce opening dates shortly. Address: Alameda Combatentes da Grande Guerra 131, 133 133 A, 2750-642 Cascais, Portugal
  • Will my purchase come with a certificate?
    Every jewellery bought at Pricci wil come with a store certificate. Diamonds weighting above 1klt, usually come with an additional certificate from a gemology laboratory.
  • How can I differentiate among diamonds?
    When a client desires to purchase diamonds, we take the time to give an introductory explanation about the stones, to get a sense of what the client is looking for and best advise him or her in their purchase.
  • Does the products come with a warranty?
    Our jewellery pieces come with a warranty of 60 days. Please note that the warranty does not cover issues caused by client misuse nor the loss of precious stones.
  • Is it possible to have my product cleaned at the store?
    During the first 60 days following your purchase, Pricci stores can clean your item free of charge. After this period has passed, your jewellery may be cleaned at our stores at an additional cost.
  • Can I exchange the size of my engagement ring?
    Engagement rings are usually requested at the correct size. If there is a diffference, it can be adjusted but it might have an additional cost for the client. For example, if the ring must have a larger diameter, it will require extra gold plus labor costs.
  • How will my item be personalised?
    Your item will be manually personalised, through a delicate and precise process.
  • Which items can be personalised?
    As long as there is enough surface space, any item can be personalised. Please contact us for further information.
  • How much does it cost to engrave?
    The costs of engraving will largely depend on what you wish to engrave and on which surface. Please contact us for specific information.
  • Is it possible to engrave and/or personalise an item that I have bought elsewhere?
    Yes. We offer engraving and personalisation on both pieces bought on our shop or elsewhere. We can also fix and refurbish your piece even if it is not one of ours. We cannot, however, guarantee the same quality or authenticity of products that were not bough with us.
  • What type of payments Pricci currently accepts?
    On our E-Boutique, we accept Paypal, Allipay, all major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, we also accept cash up until the legal limit, bank transfer and checks. Note that the items will only be shipped once we have received the full payment. We require clients that opt to do a bank transfer, to send us a deposit confirmation via email: priccionline@pricci.pt
